1 It is agreed that the terms set out in this booking form is the total agreement made between Gareth Lowe (photographer) and the clients and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.
2 Retainer Fee. A retainer fee of 25% of the package price is required when booking to secure a date. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
3 Payments. All outstanding monies to be paid on delivery of agreed products.
4 Copyright. The copyright of all photographs produced is retained by Gareth Lowe (photographer) and it is a criminal offence to make copies from them under the 1988 copyright law.
5 Prices. All services and/or goods are supplied at the price ruling at the time of supply.
6 Colour Matching. Some materials may reproduce differently printed compared to the human eye, all efforts will be made to ensure colour accuracy and therefore colour matching will be deemed correct at Gareth Lowe's discretion.
7 Sole Rights. Gareth Lowe (photographer) shall be the sole professional photographer at the venue(s) specified.
8 Force Majeure. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond Gareth Lowe's control, his liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
9 Creative License. Gareth Lowe (photographer) shall be granted creative and artistic license in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. Gareth Lowe's judgment on photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Gareth Lowe will endevour to provide requested photographs but does not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement.
10 Retouching. Gareth Lowe (photographer) will perform a standard amount of retouching to take each image to a standard of which he is proud. Further retouching, digital alterations and artistic finishing is available to the client at an additional cost.
11 Display. The clients hereby allows Gareth Lowe (photographer) to display any images taken in his portfolio, literature, exhibitions and advertising.
